Fabric-based materials
Pure Cotton / Polyester-Cotton: Skin-friendly; commonly used for garment care labels. They withstand repeated washing without pilling and offer a natural, soft dyeing effect.
Nylon (Tyvek):Tough and tear-resistant with excellent water resistance; frequently used for labels on luggage and outdoor gear, as they do not easily break or tear during long-term use.
PU Fabric: Features a faux-leather texture and offers some water and oil resistance; suitable for decorative patches on bags and footwear.
Self-adhesive composite materials
PVC: Soft and highly flexible, allowing it to adhere to uneven or curved surfaces. It offers excellent color vibrancy, making it ideal for uniquely shaped decorative patches.
PET: High rigidity; resistant to extreme temperatures, alcohol wiping, and chemical corrosion. Commonly used for labels on electrical appliances and chemical products.
PP Synthetic Paper: Mimics the texture of paper but is tear-proof, waterproof, and oil-resistant. Moderately priced, it is a popular choice for labels on personal care and beauty products.
Specialty functional materials
