Core Weaving Technologies
Standard Woven Label Process: Uses raw materials such as cotton, polyester, and nylon yarns to weave label strips directly on specialized machinery. Over 90% of commercial patch labels are woven from synthetic fibers; advanced machines equipped with electronic jacquard and rapier weft insertion systems enable the high-precision reproduction of complex patterns.
Fine Weaving Process: Employs low-denier yarns and high weft density to significantly enhance the fabric's texture and smoothness; commonly used for brand identification patches on high-end apparel.
Specialized QR Code Weaving Technology: Manipulates the warp and weft interlacing structure-using "heavy shuttle" techniques to conceal pattern anchor points and "skip shuttle" methods to minimize loose threads on the reverse side-to create machine-readable, washable woven QR code patches; this represents a patented industry technology.
Printing and Transfer Technologies
Screen Printing: Suitable for large-area pattern printing; offers high color saturation and a mature process, making it a common choice for mass-producing patch labels.
Heat Transfer Process: Patterns are pre-printed onto a transfer film and then applied to the fabric surface via high-temperature heat pressing. The resulting patterns exhibit strong adhesion and remain clear even after five wash cycles, making them ideal for high-friction applications such as shoe tongue labels and care labels.
Digital Printing: Supports on-demand customization and rapid small-batch production. It enables the flexible output of personalized designs, serial numbers, and variable codes, effectively meeting the needs of small-volume, customized orders.
