The structural characteristics of fabric labels (also known as woven labels) fall into two categories: standard general-purpose structures and special-function structures. Each type features a distinct structural design tailored to specific use cases.

Structural Characteristics of Standard Fabric Labels
‌Main Woven Layer: Patterns and text are woven directly onto the fabric base using a weaving process; the weave is tight, edges are neat and resistant to fraying, and the label offers a subtle 3D effect with a refined texture.
Base Material:Typically utilizes poly-cotton blends or pure cotton fabrics. Some high-end versions incorporate mulberry silk core threads for enhanced skin-friendliness. The labels are durable and wash-resistant, maintaining clear, non-bleeding, and fade-resistant patterns even after repeated washing.
Attachment Structure: Standard versions feature flat, reserved fabric edges, allowing for direct stitching onto garments, bags, and other items; they are easy to install and resistant to shifting.

Structural Characteristics of Special-Function Fabric Labels
Anti-Counterfeit Composite Fabric Labels
Multi-Layer Composite Structure: Composed of four bonded layers-a primary fabric layer, a skin-friendly layer, an anti-counterfeit layer, and a secondary fabric layer. The layers are secured with Velcro-style fasteners; the total thickness is merely 0.4μm, ensuring a lightweight feel that does not irritate the skin.
Functional Layered Design: The skin-friendly layer is woven from latex-core and linen-core threads, featuring built-in ventilation holes for improved comfort. The anti-counterfeit layer contains a recessed groove for the security code and is covered by a 0.2μm-thick single-component polyurethane waterproof coating, preventing liquid penetration from damaging the security mark.
‌Embedded Security Thread Structure: Some models feature a transparent anti-counterfeit thread (0.8mm wide) with micro-text woven directly into the label. Micro-text is printed onto the transparent thread using hot-stamping technology, thereby raising the barrier against counterfeiting.
